Our History
Four Generations of Building &
Remodeling
|
|
The Jensen family has been building and remodeling homes
in the Olympia area for four generations, starting with
Holgar Jensen, who built many homes in the Olympia area
around 1910. One noteworthy example is the “Johnson
House” a cobblestone lodge located in Yelm, WA which is
on the National Register of historic places. |

Holgar’s son Rudy Jensen worked with him on many
of his construction projects. Rudy also worked
with his sons Rudy Jr. and Tom Jensen, both of
whom owned construction companies.
|
|
During the past 40 years
under the guidance of Tom Jensen, South Bay
Homes has earned a reputation for stability,
honesty and commitment to it’s customers. |
 |
|
 |
For the last 10 years, Tom Jensen’s sons, Torrey
and Trevor Jensen have maintained and enhanced
South Bay Homes’ reputation as on of the area’s
premier home builders / remodelers.
|
|
Beyond just the Jensen Family, South Bay Homes has
worked hard to assemble a group of employees that
possess the same commitment and work ethic that is the
hallmark of South Bay Homes. |
