I present the factual medical part of industrial, personal injury and medical malpractice case structuring from merit evaluation to litigation. I offer such input to individuals, office groups and to small and large professional associations.

E.B.M.(evidence based medicine) application coupled with the training, knowledge, expertise and experience” of “40+ years, 40,000+ operations, 250,000+ patient visits and gold standard C.M.E give the listener a high quality educational experience.

Listeners take away skills for evaluating and critiquing literature, records, medical reporting including IME’s and care quality which are key to understanding diagnosis, causation, apportionment, impairment, disability, future treatment, prognosis and liability.
